I did some research and this is
the best and cheapest system available today and it was
very easy to setup!! I really love all the other
features it has as well. I like the fact that I can go
anywhere and stay as long as I like....since I can check

C.H.A.D is amazing! It has a
very friendly-user interface. I never have to come home
to a dark house. I've saved money on my electric bill
having CHAD control my thermostat and landscape
lighting. A tenant had done damage on my property and I
was able to identify them. The friendly text, e-mail and
voice-automated reminders keep me up to date in my busy
schedule. The best of all: It is very affortable!

Very easy to setup and the user
